At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Cookery account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
